We have a total of 40 comfortable rooms with separate bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, TV and large windows which absorb the external light and allow the contemplation of the vast woods which surround the Hotel. In order to enjoy fine dining, we have dining rooms which conserve all the flavor and tradition of the country. It has two dining rooms, one is à la carte and the other has daily menus and banquets. There is also dining service in the bar, where you can savour appetising combined plates and sandwiches.
It is the ideal place to celebrate special occasions such as weddings, banquets and other types of celebrations.

Pigeons hunted in the hides of Etxalar, wild mushrooms picked under nearby beech trees, lamb from Navarre, the cherished Bidasoa salmon, the trout which swim down the Pyrenees rivers, fresh fish from the nearby Cantabric coast, our mountain curd... Innumerable culinary delights which you will be able to savor at the Etxalar.
The varied cuisine, is connected to the cultural and historical traditions of the Basque-Navarrese and is marked by the know-how of our chefs in preparing our exquisite dishes, in which tradition and innovation in culinary tendencies are mixed, without forgetting the first-rate quality raw materials and the carefully selected wines with which to enjoy the best delicacies. We have the most representative of wines from Spain, especially the best wines of Navarre and Rioja.
